Haven't posted in a while...
Well It came to my attention that no one wants to post on this blog, so please if you don't want to post on your normal account but want to have some questions / discussions on anime then please just post... if not this might be my last post.

Fun in the sun.
Well I'm not sure anyone will read this but if you do I'll post it anyway...
Today I went to Universal studios and islands of adventure. I was able to go on the Hulk ride twice in 10 minutes (thank you single rider line), instead of around two and a half hours.
So that my blog never strives too far from anime I must include at least an anime reccomendation for today...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KzMXWEzOHxI&feature=PlayList&p=6B53F4188F07DE2A&index=0&playnext=1
I love the opening for this one XD.

Hi ya luckys!!
Here's me blogging in from Orlando Florida woot!
Well because I've got things to do today (gotta watch an episode of Chronos Crusade before I leave for Bomas which is disneys best buffet ever!), I decided to keep this post short and sweet.
Kyoto animation has been known for two AMAZING animes... Lucky star, and The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya (that's a mouthful). Now the thing is they both have a great dance in the beginning of the show for lucky star, and the end for MoHS. Now I personally like MoHS's dance a little better but if anyone reads this I would like for you guys to decide!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mljdpRp41I4 or...
(the lucky star dance begins at 00:28 and ends at 1:50)

wil be glad to see your responces (if there are any)

To whoever will read this hello!
Well as boring as the second to last day, before spring break was... It was interesting.
Unfortunately someone asked a stupid question in Geography and we will probably have to take a test tomorrow (I really hope not though). But in two days I will be in Florida enjoying not having snow, and unfortunately also not having anime lol. If you read my post from the 31st and you have any questions at all regarding anime (my favorites, good starters, nice ones for a long time anime fan etc.) just comment on this post. This post seems too much like a blog post right now so I'm going add a touch of anime in here.
What a good anime must include!
1. A moe character even if it is only a joke.
2. A quiet character who rarely speaks out.
3. A character who often is very random (may be just a character who shouts out one liners)
4. If it is anime which includes a school a transfer student is needed somewhere.
5. Have a character with an uncommon trait (blue hair, eyes of different color etc.)
6. Relate to real life in at least one way throughout the entire series.
7. An OVA/second is a must for any good anime (this rule is the most common and very important)

To those reading these welcome.
"Candy carries the taste of happieness, when you suck on it a flower will blossom from your mouth" That is one of my favorite quotes from H2O footprints in the sand, and yes that is an anime. For those of you who just "lold" I am an anime lover (a.k.a. my name Otaku4life), and that is one of my favorite animes. I want to get something clear... many people at SouthWest have become extremely stereotypical when it comes down to anime. Recently the "hot topic" stereotypes have been as follows...
1.The hair is stupid looking
2. The voices don't match
3. It's too actiony (if that's even a word)
4. All the characters look American
5. The women are over the top well proportioned
6. It has no plot / the comedy makes no sence
Well In my first post I would like to disprove all of these statements...
1. This only occurs in some anime, I suggest to stop watching anime such as YU-GI-OH and Naruto and get your generlizations else where.
2. Oh really???? Well seeing how "anime" is made in Japan, where they speak Japanese I'm pretty sure they're not always going to match up with the Dub voice actors.
3. This answer is the same as #1 not all anime is actiony, there are many slice of life (kinda like seinfield except it's an anime about nothing instead), comedy, and drama animes (just to name a few genres).
4. Well what do you expect the animes and mangas make millions off of America consumers and most would rather have something familiar to them. (p.s. most dubs are voiced in Canada so that has a little to do with it)
5. This is a joke that has been going on since the somewhat beginning of anime in the late 80's early 90's (beggining of current anime culture), a few animes appealed to the single men and some animes have been continuing the trend to make fun of the beginning of this trend.
6. This is what really gets me. If you say anime has no plot than you probably watched a filler season (a season where different writers take over to give the original writers time to make the mangs, filler is never in the manga). If you thought it wasn't funny congrats you were watching the wrong genre of anime try looking up some good comedy anime's before spreading this stereotypical lie again.
Hope this brang you a little closer into the other world heres a nice starting anime if your interested. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-dpVSw1YrmI&feature=PlayList&p=968DD264584D96DB&index=0
